Driving Directions to Maplelag Resort From Twin Cities area take Hwy. 10 North to Detroit Lakes, MN. At Hwy. 59 (through Detroit Lakes), go right, North. Left (north) if you are coming from the West, or Fargo area. Go about 5 miles to the town of Callaway, MN. Right outside of Callaway turn right on Cty. 14 (only way you can turn). Go a few miles and take left at end of Cty. 14. You are on Cty. 21 now. Go about 1 mile and take right on Goat Ranch Road, you will see signs for Maplelag Resort. This is a gravel road and you go about 3 miles. Look for sign on right for Maplelag Resort on right. Follow into Main lodge, large brown building and check in there.
